[Plugin: PG Simple Affiliate Shop] Turn avatars off now big space at top of post

Removing title and header space,..is it possible?

I turned off the avatars for posts, but I still have a space above every one of my product posts where there’s enough room for a poster’s avatar and info at the top, then a dotted line and then my product page. Is there anyway to remove that space and get rid of the dotted line? It’s wasting a lot of space and it’s useless.
