 * I created a custom field to display a dropdown list of names. The code allows
   the cause & campaign to still function, but just inserts a blank space, no drop
   down box.

 * Tried to use a blank field instead of a dropdown list so that the donor can write
   a comment to show who they are sponsoring. On the admin side I can see both my
   dropdown and the text field, on the front side the fields do not show. I see 
   there is a way to add donations on the admin side, it would be great if there
   was the same comment box on the front side facing the world. Also, on the admin
   side, I tried using 3 names in the dropdown data section, for some reason only
   the second and third data fields show in the dropdown selector and on the admin
   side only.
