 * Is there any process in place whereby plugin code can be assessed by different
   developers? Some sort of peer ranking system, perhaps? Or just some accepted
   place to put “I’ve tested _this_ plugin, using these methods, and come to _these_
   conclusions”?
 * It seems that a formal quality assurance process could be a good thing; I’m sure
   others have had similar ideas (including that this is a daft idea!) so I just
   thought I’d ask….
 * Any comments?
