[Resolved] [Plugin: Participants Database] How can I add new forms for my field groups?

  • I am definitely a newbie, but I hope I did my due diligence by researching and reading before deciding to post my question… I have added new field groups, and I would like the members to be able to edit items within these groups without having to see all of the data from the main group. For example, the main group has name, address, phone, etc., and I have a new group for “Guest List”. Can I just pop up a form for the user to enter their guest list fields only? Of course, this is after the user has authenticated with their private ID. I just can’t see how to create and then call a new form. Thank you so much in advance! – Karen

  • Karen,

You’ll have to wait for the update do be able to do this kind of thing…by using a template, you’ll have complete control over how the record is presented to your users.

Xnau – thanks. At least I know I didn’t just overlook it. Any idea when the update will be released? Now I can’t wait!

This is a great question, ktwjax1! I will also be looking forward to this update.

xnau – thank you for an OUTSTANDING plugin!
