Sweepstakes Plugin

Good evening, I need a plguin for promotions. I need the plugin generates a list of codes to put in my products, so each customer enters the site and join us in promoting with your code. In the registration form of promotion can not accept the “codes” or repeated invalid and would contain fields such as phone number and address so you can contact the winner then.

I found a plugin that does exactly what I need, but he is bugged, I installed the version of wordpress plugin required by but followed with bugs, it only accepts the registration of the first code generated in all other says the code is invalid, besides not register client data, only registers the name.
