    we have one membership level and users that sign up are given full access to all of our content. A few days ago we lowered our price of membership and ever since changing the membership price in the plugin, when users sign up and pay, the plugin is saying they haven’t paid and therefore not granting them access to all of the content.

    For other people’s benefit, I spoke with OP and it turns out his memberships had only a one time charge. PMPro will say “user is not paying” because they don’t have a subscription setup at the gateway and aren’t scheduled for any payments.

    I see how this can be confusing though. I might try to figure out a way to say “User has paid.” or something more clear there.
