[Plugin: Paid Memberships Pro] Add a Country List Dropdown on Checkout Form

    How do I add a country list drop down on the checkout form? I have international clients who are in countries that do not use zip codes.

    Specifically I want the following:
    Country dropdown list
    Zip, and State fields not configured to be required.
    The addition of county field
    Postal Code field that can accept other countries’ information

    So I’ve made some additions to the as yet unreleased version 1.2.5. Users will be able to use hooks in the plugin to:
    * Add a country dropdown
    * change the default country
    * change the available countries (starting with JigoShop’s list)
    * remove the requirement for zip, state, or other billing fields.

    I’m not sure what you mean by “postal code field that can accept other countries information”. I am toying with a couple ways to relabel the zip code field to say postal code. The db column should be large enough (16 characters) to handle other countries postal codes. Let me know if I’m wrong there.

    Again, these updates are unreleased as of now. I’m still testing them and working on other 1.2.5 updates. I expect that release to come out early next week.
