[Plugin: Page-list] [pagelist] is straight list, no hierarchy

    To kimn667:
    Everything is fine with your list of pages, it is hierarchical.
    But you are using “reset.css” and you can not see indents inside the lists.
    Try to add this styles to your style.css:
    ul, ol { margin: 1em 0; padding: 0 0 0 40px; }
