[Plugin: Page Links To] Multilinguality support in URLs

    Thanks for the plugin, it’s worked miracles throughout the years.

    Finally the time came to push this plugin to its limits and find out a piece of feedback we can contribute, as we ran into an important feature it doesn’t currently support.

    We have a multilingual site done with qTranslate where each page has the URL as example.com/en/page or example.com/ru/page. With Page Links To 2.7.1 we can only make custom URLs point to pages in a single language, which causes for example profile and logout links to always change language.

    According to http://www.qianqin.de/qtranslate/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=9 qTranslate provides the function qtrans_getLanguage() to get the currently used language. Could a support for this be added to Page Links To so that there’d be a placeholder we can enter into its URLs to get correct links for users of each language?
