[Plugin: Pacific Disaster Center Active Hazards Widget] Not loading the widget info

    In my widget panel I am getting:

    Warning: simplexml_load_file() [function.simplexml-load-file]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in /wp-content/plugins/pdc-active-hazards-widget/pdc-hazards.php on line 80

    and:

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /wp-content/plugins/pdc-active-hazards-widget/pdc-hazards.php on line 85

    Can you help me resolve this issue? Not sure why this is happening
