    I have a social-sharing plugin by oceanwp activated but it seems like the plugin is overriding the css applied to the button.

    How can I stop the override?

    Hello,

    Thanks for your reply. Here‘s the screenshot of the problem that I’m having.

    As you can see from the picture, the button looks different from the rest. And I found that when loading the page, the css from oceanwp theme loads first before getting overwritten by the pinterest plugin.

    Hi,
    subjectivegamer
    please apply this js code to your theme in the functions.php file.

    function custom_js() {
        ?>
            <script>
               jQuery(document).ready(function(){
    			  jQuery("ul.oss-social-share").find("li.pinterest").removeClass("PIN_1547804763871_button_pin PIN_1547804763871_save");
    			});
            </script>
        <?php
    }
    add_action( 'wp_head', 'custom_js' );

    thanks

    Thanks for the prompt reply. However, I realised that the class name for the Pinterest button is constantly changing and therefore the code doesn’t work all the time.
