Plugin os suggestion for association web site

    Hi all

    I am looking for advice on the best way to do the following…..

    I have been asked to design a website for our sports association.

    The “core” part of the site will be for association news and such like, relating directly to the association itself with only certain members of the association able to write articles etc for it.

    Each member of the association are to be invited to have its own “site” within the association site, as if it had its won website within the main site……..

    i.e. “Club A” wants to join the association site…….. They will have a . their own “homepage” with its own menu with links to predetermined “sections” for its own club for example….. “News Section” (with a number of different, pre-determined categories”, “Contacts us”, “Photo Gallery”, “Committee Members”, “Club Information”, “Honours Board”, “match Information” etc etc. Each club would be able to determine who within their clubs would have rights to write posts and fill in the required information such as the contact details section.

    In general, anyone could read any section of any site, but having “private areas” for members of “Club A” would be great too.

    What would also be good was for the “Core site” of the association to pull news, from certain categories, from each “club’ and display links to the full article.

    In a perfect scenario, when a “club” asked to join the association site, the admin of the site would be able to add the club either automatically, or by adding a predesigned template for the clubs “site” or similar. What I don’t want to do is to have to make it all piece by piece each and every time a club joined.

    Any suggestion of a plugin that would do this or any suggestion as how to best do it.

    Eventually, the association will want to add things like forums etc etc
