Plugin or theme that allows for content rich user or member pages?

I’m looking to create a website where someone can sign up (can be free), and once they sign up they have their own page (like an author page or member page), where they could customize the look of the page with these features…..
– Choose the background image for the page
– Have a photo gallery that they can add to from the front end
– Be able to add posts through the front end which will show on their page

I know that this is asking for a lot of features, and it could be a combination of a front end content plugin with a membership plugin, but does anyone know of a plugin or theme that is suited for this type of content-rich member/user page?
