plugin or hacks for the control of tax code (codice fiscale)

Hi,
i’ve a question, i want to verify the tax code (codice fiscale) of a person.
I explain:
i’ve a web site were a user can insert in free mode an ads for search a jobs, this user must have over 50 years old, and for the control of the age he should insert his tax code (codice fiscale) and the system shoul verify this one.
There is a plugin that allow this operation? or a script to do this?
