 * Hi all,
 * Just wondering if there is a plugin or some code i can put in the functions.php
   that will delay the publishing of every post i make in a certain post type by
   15 mins.
 * I know WP has the built in scheduler, but i don’t want to use that as it needs
   doing on every post, so i want to setup a default time delay.
 * any ideas?
