[Resolved] [Plugin: OptionTree] "Theme Options" page must be in appereance

    There are no requirements for where you put your menu items in plugins, sorry but your wrong in this case.

    Its not requirement its logical for clients i think. Esspecially think we developers just create options but clients will not see option creating panel. And btw clients really need to see documentation?

    Yes, clients will see the admin panel and the documentation. I’m not sure what you’re talking about.

    Like the topic author. I think it would be better if it did appear in Appearance and there was some sort of permission settings on the other options to hide it from the client. Less confusing that was 🙂

    When I extend the functionality to allow for a default XML file in themes and the settings page in not needed I will probably move it to the appearance section. However, I plan on leaving it if there is no default file.

    This will be updated later today with the new version coming out. It hides the docs and settings pages when a theme-options.xml can be found and used to populate the data. Then puts the theme options page in appearance.
