I installed the plugin on several of my blogs. All, apart from one, worked fine. The backs up were done right on schedule.

On the one that failed, the message showed:

    “Failed
    The backup ran for 12 m 28 s and backed up 0 B in 0 files. A total of 0 B in 0 files was scanned.”

But, when I checked the website where my account with you is held, all my blogs show the backups as being successful, including the one that shows as “failed” on the one blog?

    Hi freedom1,

Can you click Activity Log and have a look there?
On the failed backup you can then click Event Log. You’ll get more information there on what it failed on.

    Jason.

Thanks Driskell. I have just checked again and it is now perfectly fine and the latest backup was shown as ‘successful.’

Using the ‘Activity log’ did help me find why a couple of blogs had warnings against them, which I have now rectified.

    Great plugin BTW.

    Thanks for the feedback.
Glad to know the activity log helped.

Hope you’re having a good new year!
