If your blog is bigger than 100MB, you can email support “at” backup-technology.co.uk your username, blog URL and the size of your blog currently (run a download backup to see what size it is). Sometimes they can increase your quota a little if its only slightly above 100MB.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.. unfortunately my backup size is currently around 600 MB according to the first attempted backup run I did. It’s so big because it’s a large multisite/buddypress install and will keep growing as new members are added.
I think your service is really slick and wanted to see what other options you might recommend for something this size.

Hi Eric,
The only suggestion I can think is that you contact your host about some server-based backup that maybe runs to an FTP site somewhere.
Or you could just download a backup periodically.
You can contact the email address too anyway about the quota and see what they say.
