plugin on android doesnt work

    I just installed the plugin, everything is updated to the latest version. It works fine on desktops and iphones but the problem comes with android.

    1) if i use FB app and click link to my website from FB, i see the icon just fine, then i click it and i see the welcome message, i see the page icon and i see my facebook name along with that “not you?” link. But thats it, no button and link for start the chat.

    2) if i use Chrome on Android, it start to work quite fine, chat opens, i see everything just fine, and when i tap the field “type a message” for start typing, keyboard shows up for like half a second and dissapears again so i cannot type it.

    The 2 very same behaviours ive tried on like 5 different Androids, different brands. Always the same. All iphones and desktops work just fine.

    Did you know about this issue? Any way to fix that? And can i setup the plugin for it does not work on Android devices until its fixed?

    Ive got an update. Ive tried on another website and its working fine there. So the question is … what am i doing wrong here? I didnt do anything with the code so it must be some problem with my wordpress design template? Anyone got any idea please?

    I had to stop the plugin as google already sent me email with errors and saying they will not send traffic from mobile phone users unless i fix it :/
