plugin ok, terrible support

    While their plugins are OK and working pretty good, the support is terrible. Like, for example, when you are a paying customer for two years and you have a problem with the plugins (let’s say they simply stopped working) and the emails you are sending to support remain unanswered for 24 hours and counting.
