    Hey, thanks for the follow up. I have a ticket open nr. 1030837. It was said that the compliance team reserve the right to not answer. While i understand the reason to not tell each detail, the customer is left in the fog. I did send a max of 5 test mails while setting up and triggered the ‘Sending Policy’.
    Noone would be able to ‘Modify’ the practice (as requested) without knowing what the issue was.
