Yes AutoSocial does automate posting to social media and the video on our sales page shows this process clearly (https://youtu.be/OYK1TtTGKeQ). It enables you to post to several social media networks when you publish a post on WordPress, which is exactly what the free version does. You can do this without any additional action or intervention. So yes it does help automate the process of publishing posts to social media.
Our sales video is a tutorial and we do have a comprehensive FAQ section on the pro version of the plugin and I also offer my personal support via email. I offered you my support multiple times but you unfortunately refused to be helped. I even offered to setup the plugin and the Twitter app to meet your desires, something that would take me over an hour to do for you and is not included in my support, and you also refused that.
Any application or plugin that posts to Twitter needs to use the same process as our plugin. There’s nothing an application or plugin can do to make this process easier. The only way to make this easier for the user is if someone else does the setup work for you which is what I offered but you refused for some unknown reason. I am not sure what you are expecting in terms of automation, but I already explained how our plugin works and how it helps automate the posting process to social media.
Our plugin, like any other, needs your explicit permission to publish anything to social media as this is the terms our app has to agree to with the developer programs of the various social networks. If our plugin was to just publish whatever it wants whenever it wants this would be a grave violation of our customers trust and the developer agreements we signed up to.
If our plugin doesn’t work as advertised and we are unable to assist in resolving the issue, we offer a full refund. You didn’t once mention how our plugin didn’t functionally work, and you refused our assistance and our offer to set everything up for you.
