    Hi there.

    I’d love to take a look and see what’s going on. I went to your URL you listed but did not see any social plugin output (which may be the problem!)

    If you don’t mind, I’d love to diagnose further, but would need WP credentials to your site. If you’re comfortable with this arrangement, email me at support at weareo3 dot com and I’ll poke around and see if we can find a fix.

    Thanks for the feedback!

    You have gotten to see it without the plug-in showing up, now you can view it with it there.

    I would need to know what level of access you need to the site. I am assuming admin.

    Thanks!

    @weareo3

    Yes, the plugin requires Admin Access to be able to view the Options Panel.

    I see it popping up in 2 places. Because the plugin attaches itself to the the_content filter, it is possible that this could pop up in two places, depending on how the theme was coded.

    If you’re comfortable, shoot over those credentials and I can confirm and maybe remedy this problem for anyone else experience the same issue.

    Sent your way….The code is added to single-9.php. That is the example I have shown you. If you have any questions, please let me know.

    Thanks!

    I have fixed the issue. You need to change your awesome plug-in code to….

    $ss .= '</div>';
    		if($auto_append == "top") {
    			return $ss . $content;
    		} elseif($auto_append == "bottom") {
    			return $content . $ss;
    		} elseif($auto_append == "both") {
    			return $ss . $content . $ss;
    		} elseif($auto_append == "none") {
    			return $ss;
    		}
    		return $content;
    	} else {
    		return $content;
    	}

    and it will work!

    Have a great day!

    Hmm, There’s a few issues with that code that would keep me from using it on the plugin.

    if($auto_append == "none") {
    return $ss;
    }

    If the user chooses not to auto append, you’re outputting the plugin code anyway and not returning the post content, which would not be the desired effect.

    Nonetheless, if it works for you, go for it!

    I got your email with your credentials, but if you no longer need any help, you can remove that account (I never logged in).

    This is happening to me too. Did you find a fix for it?

    The problem is that you should be able to have none of the ‘Apply Social Plugins to:’ boxes checked (I get an error when I do this) and have the insert manually option selected and it should just appear wherever you have it in the template.

    dogshindleg,

    I have confirmed the bug you’re seeing and have patched it in the test code. I will be releasing a new version this afternoon with a fix to remedy your problem. Look for a plugin update soon.

    Hi there,

    I’ve installed the social share plugin, however, the G+ logo and counter does not appear in firefox (it displays in chrome)

    Any way i can fix this?

    Regards,
    Alex
