In the administration shows a message :

nRelate is getting LOCALHOST as your site’s URL. nRelate can only work on websites that are publicly accessible on the Internet. If you think this message is an error please submit a support ticket so we can help you resolve this issue.

@batusy — Thanks for installing nRelate on your site. Unfortunately, our plugins are not supported on LOCALHOST sites.

Just out of curiosity why is that? Localhost will resolve fine locally on a machine and all the data that the plugin needs is in a local db.

@evan Spielberg — We don’t work on Localhost sites because since it only exists on your machine and isn’t public, the plugin has no way of accessing your site’s content in order to index and generate related recommendations.
