Plugin not writing cookie for “Pop Up shown less than”

    Hello! First of all, I’ve been using your plugin for a while, so thanks for your hard work. That being said, I’m having a problem with your latest version of the plugin.

    I’m having the same issue as https://wordpress.org/support/topic/popup-always-display-with-show-less-than-1/

    In the previous versions of the plugin, it saved a cookie in the format “po_c-237” and the value was the number of times the popup was loaded.

    In the new version, no matter my settings in the backend, this cookie never shows up, so I’m guessing that’s the reason the popup shows over and over again.

    There are no javascript conflicts o warnings of any kind in the console either.

    I hope you can identify what changed in the last release and help me fix it.

    Presumably I have the same issue. Client has complained that the long-established popup is now appearing on every single page load. I have confirmed this. Please notify when an update is being pushed out.

    I returned to investigate this issue since no updates to the plugin have been announced and the bug hasn’t been acknowledged. I couldn’t find a way to prevent the popup from running using my own filter or action, so I resorted to deleting all the custom content, deactivating and deleting the plugin and then re-installing from scratch.
    This seems to have resolved the issue and the popup is now only appearing once as desired, so it seems likely the bug was related to an error migrating the data over to the new plugin from wordpress popup.

    Sadly, deleting all custom content, deactivating the plugin, deleting and reinstalling Hustle has not solved the issue.

    Every other setting works well, but the “Pop Up shown less than” is just not functioning. So, the issue remains, at least for me.

    In case you’re wondering this happens locally, in test and in production site since the update.

    Hello ! Same problem : delete custom content, uninstalling hustle, reinstall, create new custom content and a prayer. Only the option “Popup shown less than” doesn’t work, the other options are functionnal.

    Hey all,

    Apologies for the delay here, I was doing some tests based on the reports you provided and I was able to replicate it one of my test installations.

    I have reported this to our developers so they can check it out further.

    Hopefully there will be a fix for this out soon!

    I am also experiencing this!!!

    Being the last comment was three weeks ago… im guessing this is still being developed?

    Its a shame because I was trusting this plugin blindly, i built it in and this last thing just snook up behind me.
