Hi @masai2k

Thanks for taking the time to report the issue! I’ll have a look into this and let you what I can find out…

@masai2k, I tried to reproduce, but the popup did work on my test sites… can you test this again, and let me know how I can reproduce the issue?

Some questions:
– Does the popup work, when you add the link inside the blurb text? i.e. Open
– Does the popup work, when you use a normal Divi button element?
– Which version of Divi do you use?
– Did you update the Popups for Divi plugin to the latest version?

My test:

Hi Philipp,
I try to do exactly what you do, but I still have problems … My divi version is 3.17.6, and I think you have an older version, because the sub panel ‘link’ in ‘blurb’ module is different form my version.
In fact I have 4 voices: two for the title url and two for the module url. So I think that something is changed in divi modules since you developed your plugin.

Now I use the call-to-action module to do the same thing (rkind of the same thing).

@masai2k – I have just tested the Blurb module with the Popups for Divi plugin again. The current Divi version (3.19.18) has no issues with blurbs opening a popup.

I’ll mark this bug as “closed” for now, as I cannot find any issue in the plugin. Please feel free to reply/reopen/post a new thread, in case you can provide more details on this, e.g. with an URL where I can review the blurb myself.

Thanks, Philipp 🙂
