plugin not working – this number is not valid issue

    hey
    this is my website: https://babyguri.com/

    the plugin is not working.
    it takes a “0” out of my number so I get the “this number is not valid” error when trying to send a message.

    why is the plugin don’t put my exact number and take off one “0” (zero) from my number ??
    please help.

    Hi,

    sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    If the issue is at the admin site we will add a note if zero is added at start of the number.
    or we can add the full number in one box itself. the country code, number field added separately for convenience only

    if its at the front end? its happing from the WhatsApp itself.

    please test the WhatsApp number with this link

    https://wa.me/xxxxxxxxxxxx
    replace the number with country code and check if its navigating to WhatsApp.

    it seems currently plugin is not active. please active the plugin to understand the exact issue
