 * i am using this plugin from my website (www.gosmartbricks.com) but it is not 
   working properly on some posts the counter is working properly but on other the
   counter is showing zero.

 * Hi prabhatraj_921,
    The number of shares is taken directly from various social
   networks (Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, etc …), so if the counter shows 0 means
   that the Social has returned value 0.

   and see if the values match 🙂

 * The twitter button doesn’t seem to be working correctly. It takes a long time
   to load and then shows 0. There were more than 5 shares on twitter on each of
   my posts.

 * Hi osullio3,
    Twitter is changing its API and then, sometimes, the plugin fails
   to get the number of shares (which is why, after about 3 seconds, the counter
   shows 0). But do not worry, you will not lose the number of shares, the plugin
   simply can not “contact” the Twitter server and then displays 0.
 * We are working on a new solution with the new Twitter API, will be available 
   in future updates.
