Plugin not working on both sites

    Hello

    I’ve activated a plugin and set up the details (WP Client lite) and it has only installed on one of the sites I have set up on my WP network. How can I set it up on my 2nd site? When I go to the dashboard of the 2nd site the plugin is activated but there is no section to update the details.

    Also, the theme editor is on the primary site but does not show up on the 2nd site.
