Plugin not working for some categories

    Hey,

    thanks for reaching out! I have checked the link and correct me if I am wrong but you have figured it out on your own – except for that missing thumbnail? Have you manually edited the related posts via that orange “Edit Related Posts” button by any chance?

    Hi,

    Sorry, I just saw your response. We actually switched to the ‘WordPress Related Posts’ plugin, since it’s more stable. I didn’t realize that when I first installed ‘Related Posts’. Our issue was resolved once we switched.

    Anyway, thanks for your response.
