    Hello. I’ve got this plugin installed and it appears to be working fine during the checkout stage. However, I’m not getting any sync at all when a user signs up when registering for an account? Seems odd that it is working in some places and not others.

    There are no console errors on the sign up page, and no indication that the sign up is unsuccessful, it just doesn’t appear in the List in Mailchimp.

    Thanks for posting and for your patience! I tested things out there and also saw where those folks that register without any abandoned cart/purchase activity are not pushed over to the list.

    At this time, a customer would need to either abandon a cart after typing in their email on the ‘checkout’ page or make a purchase to be moved over to the list in MailChimp. However, I can definitely see how this would be useful and have gone ahead and passed this feedback over to our developers on your behalf.

    Thanks for your response.

    We have a few hundred customers who sign up to the website without making a purchase, or they may make a purchase at a later date.

    It seems odd to me that you would display the sign up button on the account creation page if it doesn’t function? Is there anyway we can get this fixed quickly, or is it on your roadmap?

    Thanks for that followup information!

    In my testing I saw that the subscribe checkbox existed when creating an account on my testing site, yet folks weren’t being passed to the list when it was checked off and they signed up. I noted that the checkbox was misleading in my initial feedback to our developers, and am noting it again along with your update.

    No ETA, but I’ll be sure to reply to this thread with any new information as it develops.
