# plugin not working at all

 * Whenever I click on the Smush it button next to an image in the media library,
   it just keeps saying ‘sending’ and when it finishes, nothing has happened. The
   same goes for the bulk smushing. I’ve deactivated all other plugins, switched
   to the Twenty Ten WordPress theme, but the problem remains. My site is [http://www.feestprints.be](http://www.feestprints.be)

 * Usually this should be just a conflict with theme or another plugin but since
   you already tested for that would you mind contacting us through our contact

 * Hey Pigo3934blog,
 * Well can you please try testing for conflicts first, to do that please using 
   default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and deactivating all other plugins
   as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting
   if any.
