# Plugin not working

 * I installed this plugin two time. I can see the stars/trophies/and smiles. (As
   per the option I have taken)
    But I can’t vote. the stars never become active
   on mouse over

 * The exact same thing happens to me as [@sajith90](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sajith90/).
   
   I have disabled the cache plugins but everything remains the same. I like the
   plugin but there is no way it works well. It is a pain. Is there anyone who knows
   how to fix it?
