    Hi,

Yes, your theme is not using the default WordPress menu structure, so the Conditional Menu plugin can not find the menu to replace according to your settings. Conditional Menus plugin can not be used on custom menus / custom headers, it can only find & replace the default WordPress menu.

    Hi,

You should contact the theme’s developers and let them know about this issue, maybe they have a solution to load the default WordPress menu, without using any additional column structure or custom elements to add the menu in them, because from there the Conditional Menu couldn’t get the menu to change based on your set conditions.
