    When our customer used to check out, it would show the different shipping option for their area, now it just shows calculate shipping?

    Customers don’t see that so now we get customers paying for items without shipping, so you always need to send them a separate invoice invoice for shipping.

    Don’t waste your time with this one, rather look at solutions Fastway has or even Pargo.

    I’ve been a customer with The Courier Guy for years, just because of this problem, I will now be changing my courier company to someone that has a proper working Woocommerce plugin for delivery in South Africa.

    Kindly try version 4.2.1? This is now resolved (4.2.0 was a major update).
    If this is still not working, would you be able to share staging login details directly with us at talent@thecourierguy.co.za?

    A version of 4.1.x is available here for your production site should the above not currently be compatible in the meantime.

    So far everything looks like it is working again.

    Please make sure before you guys do any updates to the plugin, that it works as it should.

    For small businesses, we lose a lot of money and even customers when our online shops don’t works as it should.

    Thank you for your response. We do test the plugin before release. Most issues are due to the fact that people use different themes, custom code and plugins.

    @shauninza please note that we have added version tags and a changelog to make it easier to assess the potential impact of new features going forward and to allow for easy rollbacks if needed.
