    Hello,

The last update breaks syncing (among other things) and fails to display the proper comment counts. All articles say 0 when there are comments. Other articles have wrong counts. Additionally, the #comments link doesn’t scroll to comments.

When reverting to the previous version of this plugin everything goes back to normal. Please update and fix this soon!

Yep, same problem here. Even when I try to manually sync by clicking on “Run Manual Sync” button it forever grays out, and syncs nothing.

Just to add my weight to this. Comments stopped syncing as soon as I installed the new version. It works otherwise. It’s stopped me from checking IP numbers that WordPress would tell me that Disqus admin doesn’t let me see.

I guess that once it’s fixed, it’ll catch up with syncing.

Same here, count.js not working. Syncing not working. API creds not saving.

I’m going to try and downgrade the plugin (available here https://wordpress.org/plugins/disqus-conditional-load/advanced/)

Hope Joel gets the problems fixed, this plugin makes Disqus usable! 🙂

Can you all go through this troubleshooting guide and see if your webhook is working?
