Last modified: September 17, 2018 --- # Plugin not working??? * Resolved [kukiman](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kukiman/) * (@kukiman) * [7 years, 7 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-not-working-671/) * Hello, * I installed plugin, set up the gift categories, giftable product etc. However when I add products over 99.99 PLN (polish currency PLN = zł ), it shows me the“ pick your free gift” carousel, however there is no “add to cart” button or whatsoever, and when I click on the picture of the giftable item in the cart, it redirects me to it’s product page, then when I add it to cart, it charges me it’s price. I do not get it, how is the plugin supposed to work? Different theme (StoreFront theme) to see is it working then 2. Try to disable plugins and try 3.
