# Plugin not working

 * For some reason it is not working. I am sure it was in the past. Not sure if 
   an update or something broke this. I have tried with and without cache, and with
   cache and different settings but nothing works.
 * I have two shortcodes.
 * 1) Show banner is us visitor = yes
 * 2) Show banner is us visitor no
 * It always shows the latter. I have had colleagues in the US test, and have tested
   over a VPN but for some reason it isn’t working.
 * You can see by testing the two red banners on [http://sextoysutra.co.uk/contact/](http://sextoysutra.co.uk/contact/)
   one near top and one at the top of the sidebar. Any ideas?
