Plugin not working

Thanks for a so great plugin, I’ve used it in other sites and it works perfectly and looks awesome, but I’m having an issue in one single site: I can’t get it to work:

I’ve deactivated all other plugins to prevent any incompatibilities. It’s working fine in a staging site with same theme and configuration. I’m stuck with it, any idea about what can be causing this?
