# Plugin not working

 * Hi there,
    I would like to try your plugin but am unable to get it to work. When
   I load it via the plugin area through wordpress, the plugin does nothing. It 
   installs, and appears in the comment area but when I click the icon it simply
   loads a page saying install and nothing else.
 * I have contacted your support on your website but no one has responded. I have
   set up an account and am told to simply insert HTML code into my site and it 
   will work….but where on the site?
 * There are no explainer videos or articles showing a step by step guide. Very 
   confusing and not user friendly. Would love to hear of a solution please….
