# Plugin Not Working

 * I’m experiencing the exact same problem mentioned by the user in this thread:

 * As soon as I finished installing, activated and went to change the settings, 
   all the dropdowns are empty, <?= $value ?> is showing up in various input fields,
   and I’m unable to save, so the plugin doesn’t work altogether for me.
 * Other plugins installed: Disqus, Infinite Scroll, Mailpoet, Regenerate Thumbnails,
   WP Photo Album Plus, WP User Avatar, Yet Another Related Posts Plugin.
 * Any thoughts as to why this is happening? This plugin looked like it might be
   the charm for my website, but as it stands I can’t get it working.

 * I think I’ve figured out the issue. Can you tell me which hosting provider you
   are using, and what version of PHP you are running on?
