Plugin not working

    I am using wordpress 5.6.6. I am using the free version of the plugin just to check.
    I go to the Serial Numbers menu and click on Add new button. It shows me a page to select the product and add the serial numbers and other options. I already have so many products but when I search it by name it shows me no results found.
