# Plugin not working

 * Hello,
 * I’ve used this plugin in the past on other websites. On the current website, 
   it is not working. And will not sync/upload any products to the catalogue.
 * I noticed that it’s not pulling the information into these sections they all 
   blank.
 *     ```
       Page	1414552041985609
       Pixel	-
       Catalog	
       Business Manager account	-
       Ad Manager account	-
       Instagram Business ID	-
       Commerce Merchant Settings ID	-
       ```
   
 * I see a few people experiencing this same issue. I haven’t seen a solution yet.
