# Plugin not work

 * The plugin does not work. I have activated the debug mode and this is the message
   that returns:
 * Instagram Status: Never published
 * Posted: 2019-01-04 16:04:54
 * Upload info: Not accepted by Instagram
 * Instagram response: InstagramAPI \ ConfigureResponse Object ([upload_id: protected]
   => [media_id: protected] => [image_url: protected] => [status: protected] => 
   fail [message: protected] => Uploaded image is not in the right format)

 * The error message reported by Instagram is yet clear “Uploaded image is not in
   the right format”
 * It means that either it is not in PNG or JPG, or that you have not respected 
   the proper size or ratio

 * Following these instructions, I have uploaded an image in png with a resolution
   of 1080×1080. But still giving me the same error.

 * Try also with a jpeg,but if it still persit you need to contact Instagram support
   to know why they reject your image
