    Hello,

    I installed your add-on in my woocommerce store and followed the steps of the video. However, in the front end, no matter where I click, facebook pixel helper does not detect any loaded pixels.

    What is the reason for that? I was thinking about getting the pro version, but if the free version does not work for me, let alone the pro version.

    On the other hand, your plugin and the pixel of facebook works fine using the wprocket plugin for the cache? Currently I have not yet installed it but I intend to install it to improve the performance of my website.

    Hi,

    The pixel works fine on your website.

    Make sure that:

    1. You don’t test with an excluded role

    2. You don’t use an ad blocker. Some of them block the pixel.

    As for WPRocket, we never had any complaints about it, it works fine.
