Plugin not usable (wrong ui)

    Hello!

    Since updating my webside including all plugins to newest versions available I can´t longer use the newsletter plugin. The ui is totally crashed.

    Reinstalling (including total removing via ftp) is not working. Also setting the plugin back to an older version has no success.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    it could be caused by a conflict wit another plugin. Can you share a screenshot to see what is missing? Thank you.

    Ok, the Newsletter plugin admin CSS (style) has not been loaded. You can try to check with the browser developer console (ctrl+shit+i) on the network tab if there are not loaded files (for example with a 404 error). You can even try to delete the plugin and reinstall it (no data will be lost).

    Thank You very much!
    The problem was not a conflict within my wordpress installation or within the used plugins. I´m using “Qwant VIPrivacy” as addon in firefox. This addon blocks the correct view of the newsletter plugin.
