Hi, thank you for reporting this issue.
After a new shipping method has been created, please visit the Ship Estimate for WooCommerce plugin settings and resave the page. You may associate a ship estimate with the new method optionally. But re-saving the settings should allow the default estimate to appear to customers.
If the estimate still does not appear to customers please let me know. It may be necessary to troubleshoot the compatibility with the plug-in that created the new shipping method. If you can provide the name and version of the plug-in that created the new method, that will be helpful.
Thank you!
Thanks for the reply.
I have done the recommended step of saving the setting repeatedly after creation of custom shipping method but it still doesn’t work.
Regarding sharing the plugin, its a pro plugin shared only to the customers, so I am a bit skeptical sharing it here. Please share a mail-id or a upload link to share it privately with you.
Thanks.

Hello,
Thank you for your response and confirming the settings are re-saved. I believe the pro plugin you reference is worth troubleshooting for compatibility, especially considering there are no other reports of this issue. If all else fails, it could be worth removing what the plugin has created and re-creating the method and zones manually. But this may be a task to experiment with in a test environment since there are many unknowns.
