Plugin not showing any data, just the plugin Name

    Hi,

    The plugin installed on my site wyattmaktrav.com is not showing any data. It just shows the plugin name. I looked at the FAQ page and it says to press “Ctrl + Shft + J” if using Google Chrome. I did it and found this error:

    Uncaught ReferenceError: google is not defined
    at reports.js:14

    Can you help me how to fix this issue? The plugin is working fine on my other websites. I’ve tried to uninstall and install again but still has the error. I checked the settings but everything is normal, so I’m not really sure what’s causing the problem.

    Hi,

    It could be a plugin conflict. Try to disable all other plugins and check if the plugin works fine. Afterwards, enable each plugin while testing the functionality of GADWP. When it breaks again you’ve found the plugin causing the issue.

    Post the name of the plugin here and we’ll go from there and see what can be done.

    I disabled all the plugins but the Google Analytics dashboard still doesn’t work.

    Hi,

    Try to clear your browser cache after disabling all other plugins or to use an Incognito/Private window.

    If that doesn’t work either, try to switch to a default theme and see how it goes. Theme conflicts are rare but it could be that too.

    Hi Alin,

    I already cleared cache after disabling plugins. Also tried incognito and other browsers. Also I revert to default wp theme, but still not showing.
