 * Sorry to hear its not working for you 🙁
 * I take it that you have added the Google recaptcha keys in the options screen?
   Are you using the default Buddypress registration page template?
 * Do you have a URL for the registration page, that I could look at? Maybe I can
   see something in the page source code.
