# Plugin not showing

 * Hi,
 * I’ve just installed the plugin. I didn’t get any errors and the activation was
   succesfull. I also see the activated plugin in the list of plugins, but I can’t
   see it on the left side, so I can’t use it.
 * Any help?

 * Hmm that’s odd. Please can you post a screenshot showing how it looks?
 * Also, to rule out any conflicts please try deactivating your other plugins and
   see if this fixes it.
 * And a couple of questions:
 * + Do you have full Admin level access or are you a different user role?
 * + What happens if you switch to default twenty twelve theme?

 * Ok great, thanks for reporting back Florian. Which plugin was it please? It is
   helpful to know in case another user has the same problem
